Our client specialises in high-end cosmetic products and beauty treatments.
Their Objective
Recently expanding their business to offer high-end cosmetics, our client was looking for a 3PL to support the fulfilment of orders. As a new part of their business and due to the quality of their products, our client required a professional and trustworthy partner who would treat their products with due care and carry out the packaging and delivery of orders to the highest of standards.
Our Solution
Having worked with them previously on another project, they chose us as their first choice, deeming us the best fit for their business. So when our client initially approached us, we were really excited to support them in their new venture, get their business up and running, and streamline the fulfilment process.
Our client was looking for a premium packing service, and because we offer such high standards across our entire 3PL, we knew we were able to fulfil not only their 3PL requirements but also supersede their expectations.
We took the time to understand their needs and requirements and created a bespoke packing area, where we trained our staff to ensure that each and every order was packed to a premium level.
The Value
As this was a new venture for them, they had yet to see how their goods would look on receipt. Therefore, to give peace of mind and ensure that each parcel arrived in perfect condition, we trialled packing their products with premium tissue paper, void-filled the orders and added branded stickers to the inner and outer cartons.
Picking and packing is something we specialise in, but we understand that every client has a different need and expectation, so we took several photos at each step of the process to give visibility to our client.
The Outcome
Our client was thrilled with how their goods looked and gave us the go-ahead for all future orders. It’s safe to say they are very happy with how the partnership has progressed, and are they’re looking forward to our continued support and working relationship.
