Our warehouse management system (WMS) offers a vast amount of eCommerce platform integrations, so no need to worry, as we create the link very simply and easily during your set up process. Being linked via platform integration doesn’t just mean we can start receiving your orders, it also means that we are managing your stock levels to ensure your customers cannot order stock that is not available.
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
Once you’ve been set up and the link between your selling channels to our integration platforms has been created, orders will start showing on our system instantly. Once orders have been picked, packed and marked as despatched on our WMS, an update will be sent through to your selling platform, automatically marking the order as despatched and relieving you of the duty to do this manually.
