What does Bray Solutions offer?
At Bray Solutions, we offer warehouse storage, complete end-to-end third-party logistics (3PL), e-commerce order fulfilment services and contract packing. We are the silent partner that provides full logistical and supply chain support to businesses.

We work alongside clients of all sizes to assist them in achieving their aims of growing and expanding their brand. We do this by managing their goods to the highest standard and ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and despatched on time.

We also offer scalable warehousing to fit the needs of our clients. We are lucky enough to currently occupy 200,000sqf over two sites, which makes it easier to not only grow alongside our current clients but to expand our current storage facilities to accommodate new businesses who wish to join us.

Can your system link to order integrations platforms?
es, our new Warehouse Management System (WMS) allows us to integrate with popular selling platforms such as Amazon, Magento, Shopify and WooCommerce, to name a few. The platforms are automatically updated once the shipment is marked as fulfilled on our system.
Do you deliver goods into Amazon?
Yes, we have a dedicated team in our distribution centre who deal with the pallet/non-pallet orders shipped into Amazon, which require specific packing requirements. We also work closely with hauliers and couriers that book the goods into Amazon once collected from Bray Solutions. They are then delivered in the shipping window provided.
How do your prices compare to other 3PL's?
We offer competitive prices for our storage and order fulfilment services. You will be provided with a quote upon interest, factoring in your needs and requirements. If you wish to receive a quote, please fill in our Profiling Form with as much information as possible (this is to help us provide the best quote for you).
Are you able to handle returns?
Yes, we deal with all returns. We have a dedicated team who will receive the returns into the warehouse, inspect the goods and process them on the system. If returns arrive in the warehouse undamaged/marked and fit for stock, we will process the return and place the item into a warehouse location.

If the goods are not in good condition, we will inspect all components and take images where necessary. This item will then be placed into a quarantine location until we have confirmation from our client on how they wish to proceed.

If the goods are not fit for stock, then we can offer disposal services such as skips/general waste. We can also cater for goods to be disposed of more securely if required upon request.

Do you offer a Client Portal?
Each client will be given access to their own portal where they can check an orders’ progress, stock levels, create ASN’s for incoming stock and reports and more. Your dashboard can have all the information you need that you require. You can follow orders through each process from start to finish. If there are any changes that you would like to make to a specific order, you simply raise this in the queries section. This will then send an email notification to our client admin team, who will action your request and respond on the same query trail.

You can check stock levels and even set up low quantity alerts that notify you when stock levels hit a certain quantity. This will help you track what goods need to be ordered and ensure there is always stock for your customers.

If you wish to, you will be able to create ASN’s for goods incoming to Bray Solutions with dates/times and upload SKUs and quantities. This will then send an email notification to our transport department who then check our goods-in calendar to make sure there are no clashes. Once reviewed, they can either Approve or Decline the ASN. If approved, you will receive an automatic email confirming this. If declined, also with an automated email, our transport team will advise on different dates for the goods to be delivered.

Yes, you can do this through your client portal. On fulfilled orders, you can press Actions ? Track. This will take you directly to the couriers tracking portal to see the orders’ location and ETA’s.
Can we have personalised delivery notes?
Yes, we can upload a delivery note design provided by you to our system. We can also design a delivery note for you using our template. This will then appear to your customer as the goods have been delivered by yourselves.
